upload -lack of paramiter?
Hi.
I see that the upload api has no time parameter, for example when a video is uploaded it can not be selected what part you want to make the gif. it was meant to do that? or just didn't considered?.

Facebook Not Displaying GIFs
The last few GIFs I've created don't display on Facebook. In the Facebook debugger it shows either, "Error parsing input URL, no data was cached, or no data was scraped," OR "Could not retrieve data from URL."
