Meeting room display for a small office: what should I look at first?

Hi everyone! We're moving into a new office next month, and I've been put in charge of the meeting room. Sounds easy, but I've spent two evenings reading about room displays and I'm more confused than before. Some people say a regular 65" TV is enough, others say you need a proper interactive panel with a built-in camera. We're 10 people, and the room fits about 8 at the table. We mostly do Google Meet calls and sometimes show presentations. What did you check first when choosing? Screen size, resolution, the software side? Would really appreciate hearing from someone who has already been through this.
