Studio for 2D art production

Hey everyone, hoping someone here can help. We are building a 2D mobile endless runner and need character animations, obstacle designs, and parallax backgrounds all produced to a consistent visual standard. Our programmer art got us through the prototype but we need proper 2D production quality now. Any studio recommendations?
