GIF Quality Reduction Issue After Exporting from HD Video – Is There a Way to Optimize It?

Hello everyone,
I'm encountering an error when converting HD video to GIF on gifs.com and would like to ask if anyone has dealt with this before.

I'm using a 1080p video, but after exporting, PolyTrack GIF suffers from reduced color and noticeable jagged edges. I've tried changing the size and frame rate, but the results haven't improved much.

I'd like to ask a few more questions:

Are there any settings that help maintain better color when compressing GIFs?

Should I limit the video length before converting?

For GIFs used on social media, what size do people usually choose to maintain good image quality while still loading quickly?

I created this discussion to learn more about optimizing GIFs. Anyone with practical experience, please share your insights. Thank you everyone.
