Are there still enough skilled developers available, or did the gold rush pass me by?

I've been struggling to find good Laravel devs for my startup. It seems like every IT staffing company in the USA is competing for the same talent. After reading about how top it staffing agencies in the USA helped companies during the pandemic, I see why Laravel became so popular. But now I wonder if it's too late to jump on the Laravel train? Are there still enough skilled developers available, or did the gold rush pass me by?
