What do you mean by netspend card?

In contrast to commercial debit or credit cards, net spend cards allow you to make purchases with money that has already been loaded onto the card.
In other words, a net spend card isn't really a credit card at all; rather, it's just a technique to use credit/debit card electronic payment technology to make money that you already have available.
Another difference between credit cards and prepaid debit cards is the prevalence of spending incentives on credit cards, such as cash back or airline miles.
Small Business Prepaid Mastercard does not, unlike the majority of prepaid cards, including the Net.
